PRB Automotive Engineers can offer a comprenhsive range of services ranging from a 24/7 Recovery Service to routine servicing of cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. Welding, MOT repairs, from fitting a bulb or a wiper blade to fitting an engine, it's all part of what we do.
These services, carried out at very competitive rates with no VAT added, give us the opportunity to help you stay on the road at the lowest cost to you.
We take most credit cards and debit cards at the side of the road.
We offer a full service package for most cars and vans, includung fan belts, timing belts and chains, most oils types and viscosities including fully synthetic, semi-synthetic and mineral for both petrol and diesel engines, oil filters, air filters, anti-freeze, screenwash, brake and clutch fluid, power steering fluid, etc.
For more serious engine, clutch or gearbox repairs we can remove and refit without delay.
Undercar
Most
exhausts systems and components can be obtained through our network of suppliers and fitted on the same day, if we can have
the car when we open at 8.30am.
We have a selection of popular sizes of part worn tyres always in stock, please
ring us for a quote and availability. New tyres are usually available the same day. New valves fitted after every tyre change
or puncture repair and wheel balancing are carried out as standard without extra cost.
Brake pipes, shoes,
drums, discs, pads are all available, and if we can have the car for 8.30am, collection is usually later the same day,
depending on work load.
We offer a full underbody Wax Oil winter sealant service, please ring for an estimate.
Electrics
We can offer plug-in diagnostic
equipment for most popular cars, electronic parking brake diagnosis, battery testing, charging circuit diagnosis, bulb and
lamp fitting services are offered.
Starter motor, alternator, wiper motor etc, can usually be replaced
the same day if available from our suppliers.
